Where/How to file?
Follow Up. The company can follow up his/her status thru the same ticket created the day which stated in the reply of the AMO staff (3 days upon created). For other queries just follow the step as provided in Section 2 of this CMO (skip step 1-4 if already registered).

Submission of Documents.
4.1. For New Applicants – The importers/customs brokers must submit the hardcopy of the scanned documents submitted online to AMO within 24 hours after creating a ticket online.

4.2. Renewal (importer only) – The importer shall only submit the hardcopy if needed and or notified by AMO.

4.3.Compliance – In case additional documents are needed, the importers, customs brokers will submit the scanned copies of the additional documents thru the same portal.


Step 1.
Open your browser and visit the said portal.

Step 2. Click Sign In and then click Create an account

If you have finished registering the below notification will show.

Step 3. Open your email inputted in your registration then open the email from BOC-CARES.

Step 4. Click the link from BOC-CARES and this will confirmed your account as shown below.

Step 5. Click Home and then click Open a New Ticket.

Step 6. Select Topic.

Step 7. Input Issued and Concerned Details.

Step 8. Click chose them to upload your scan copy (pdf files) of your requirements as provided in CMO 31-2019.

Step 9. Click Create Ticket to view your created ticket by the AMO staff.

Step 10. Open again your email address to view the reply of the AMO or click login to your account.
