When I track my package it says, “Held by Customs”? Please release my package.
We recommend that you contact your courier if your goods have been held at Customs for quite sometime. It is the courier’s responsibility to process your goods with Customs for clearance on your behalf, since most commercial courier services offer an in-house customs brokerage service which is included in the shipping cost that they bill you.
